We all have times in our lives when we experience difficulty, stress and struggle. The problem or illness may not change, but the way we relate to and cope with the difficulty may shift, making it all feel easier.

The outbreak of Covid 19 has had a significant impact on mental health for some. The unprecedented shift in living circumstances may have taken its toll on peoples mental health and caused significant amounts of stress, worrying about the future, feeling stressed or anxious and feeling bored.

Added to the fear of contracting the virus, there have been significant changes in our daily lives as movements have been restricted, changes to the way we work, home schooling children, lack of physical contact with other family members, friends or colleagues, or maybe spending too much time with others!

As lockdown has been eased this may have caused more anxiety.
